The 11th edition of Producer & Roaster Forum (PRF) will take place on 26 & 27 March 2026 at the Hilton Hotel in San Salvador, El Salvador. Over 4,200 visitors and 350 international buyers are expected to attend, with an estimated US$15.7 million to be generated in business sales.

The event will host the fifth Global Roasting Contest, the seventh Cold Brew Coffee Championship, the third Cacao Master Cup, the second Global Cupping Championship, Central America: Soil of Excellence by Belco, and PRF Matchmaking.

PRF is an essential platform for bringing together international coffee professionals and industry leaders, with a specific focus on producers. It connects thousands of global coffee experts across a two-day event, featuring lectures, competitions, workshops, cuppings and much more.

PRF El Salvador will also include a three-day Sourcing Trip Experience. This gives roasters and traders the opportunity to stay with producers on their coffee farms and take part in cupping sessions, roundtable discussions, and other key activities.

The event will also coincide with the Global Coffee Awards finals, where the world’s best roasters will be announced.
