The 2025 Trieste Coffee Experts summit will take place in Trieste, Italy, on 6 and 7 December 2025. The theme of the seventh edition is “Coffee Megatrends”, offering a deep dive into the latest industry trends, from AI and tech innovation to sustainability and the circular economy.
