The theme of the seventh edition is “Coffee Megatrends”, offering a deep dive into the latest industry trends, from AI and tech innovation to sustainability and the circular economy.

Since 1966, Bazzara has been roasting high-quality coffee and sharing its expertise across Italy. The company also hosts coffee training courses at its SCA Premier Training Campus in Trieste.

This year’s Trieste Coffee Experts summit will feature workshops, speeches, and networking opportunities. The event will be livestreamed from Trieste, with live English translation on the website.
